No, Its Online 24/7.

Fix:
Use The .bat File To Start The Game. Make Sure You have Disabled Anti Virus And UAC (User Account Control)

Why Do That?


Your Anti Virus Will Delete Your MapleStory. (Unless Its GMS)

And If Anti Virus Doesnt Do it UAC Will (User Account Control)
